We have a group who wanted to post pictures in their comments. They have been able to do so, but the pictures disappear from time to time when others are looking at them, or when the admin of the group is looking at them. Any ideas about how to go about this?
We had thought about posting the pictures in the group as photos, but they don't like the method that pictures are shown there. Is there any way to show the pictures like the Photos module does with an album?
Thanks so much!

They are probably linking to photos off the server and if the photo disappears on the other side, they disappear on your comment. Solution is for the members to upload the images to the server; you can install the file manager to aid in this.

I am not sure how they are including the images; so if the images are on the server it could be a permissions thing. Why don't you give us a bit more information on how they are adding the photos to the comments.

When we go to Groups, you can leave a comment. In the comment, you can insert a picture. The MoxieManager opens up to let you choose a past picture or upload another. I would think that perhaps the MoxieManager is having trouble keeping up with the pictures, but I'm not sure. The pop up window for the browse for files doesn't show in the pic; not sure why. Yea; the way Boonex set up the folders/directories for members was; well, bad. All that was needed is to go by a unique identifier for the directories; which could just be the user ID or the user nick. Boonex forgot the KISS principle.
We can't really help you without knowing more. Not sure what that jpg was suppose to show because it dosen't show anything we could use to help you solve your problem.

Hello dentech3!
Yes, geek_girl is right - you need to specify more details about your trouble. What is MoxieManager - is it a mode whcih allows to insert pictures into comments? Because by default there is not similar possibility.
With the best regards, Leonid
