Photos cover block issue. 7.2 clean install

cover block on photo home page - in page builder I can select any block design when clicking on the block and save, and works - other than 'no box'.

If I select 'no box' and save, it just reverts back to 'box (title no padding)'

cache cleaned etc...

issue is on clean install of 7.2

another issue with same block!...

I have 2 test sites Im using for dev, both clean installs.

On 1 site I get the above,

on 2nd site the cover block just endlessly loads.

both clean installs, both on same server.

also, confirmed 1st issue on both sites.

change the block design and then try changing back to 'no box' and it reverts to 'box (title no padding)'.

Can change direct in database,

even turning off all dolphin cache makes no difference.

Still always reverts back to same setting.

(sadly happens to be the worst block design!)

Oh dear.... seems to be the same for every block on every page!...

Can anyone else verify?

or is it just me.

 2 images attached

first shows photo home page with cover block (design block shows title, and border)

after going to page builder and changing design to 'no border', saving, clearing cache etc... refresh screen it shows same as first image.

2nd attachment shows page block reverted back to 'box (title no padding)' when it should be saved as ''no box'

Give us screens.
