Photos categories

I have created several categories for photos. See below :

However, when I upload a photo I don't see a category selection where I can put my photos.

After upload there's no possibility to change category of photos.  

Even more strange, photos are randomly categorized as 'profile photos' or 'profiel foto's' while I set the default folder to 'profiel foto's'. See below and screenshot above :

Hello did you clean all caches after new categories where added ?

I added these categories when I set up the script a month ago (as you can see in the first picture). My caches are cleared almost daily. So that's not the problem.

I tried to join your site but it was to painfuly slow i could not get past the join form.

Dolphin_Jay, I saw that you created 2 accounts :-) And yes, it is slow. Don't know what causes this. Complained several times with my provider but they always say it opens fine at their side.

I have a test account and I'll send you the login data so you can see what's going on.

Did you add those cats from the admin panel or did you add them like i did with the plus button because i see like 1, 0 , and 8 for values meaning they belong to different members.   0 is belonging to everyone....

And by god i would find a new server to host on.....

I think I added them from admin panel and I can also see them there. But I don't get that popup screen after uploading a photo to select a category.

Do you need admin login ?

The server I host on is from Gigapros. I think they are having some problems at the moment because I opened a ticket and did not get a reply until now. They usually answer within 5 minutes.

Guess US is waking up and creating bottle-necks on the servers :-)

Well, I don't understand either. I don't get this screen when I upload photos from my computer. This error must be something else then. I get an error message in the bottom left of my screen like this :
