Photos and Videos not showing for standard members

I was messing with the Privacy settings, and now as a test member with standard level, I am not able to see other members photo albums or videos. I have reset the privacy settings as admin to make sure it wasn't set to Only Me and set to Members, but for my test member it doesn't seem to be working still, even after clearing db cache.  Any tips?

Please specify how did you reset privacy ? maybe it wasn't done right. 

Also did you check permissions in Admin Panel > Settings > Membership Levels > Standard (Actions) ?
