Photos and Profile Photos

What exactly is the difference between My Photos and Profile Photos and why can't I manage all my photos in one place? Is anyone else confused about this?

My Photos are all photos uploaded by a member. They can be stored in different albums.

Profile Photos are photos uploaded in nickname's photos album only. This album is a default album created automatically. Photos from this album are displaed in Profile's page -> Profile Photos block.

I think I was confused for a couple reasons. I'm using an upload photo modification and when clicking on Manage Photos, I'm already inside of one of the Albums and it was showing 0 photos, however there are photos, just not in that album. I assumed the link "Manage Photos" would take the user to view and manage All of their photos, however, that is not the case.

Maybe if there were better labels for the users. For example, I don't see the name of the Album anywhere. All it says is:

Manage Photos

Empty

Photos of this album

Empty

It would probably be more helpful and cause less confusion if the heading of that page says something like: Modifying Album Name

Any idea how/where I might be able to add something to the top of the "Manage Photos" page letting the user know where and what album they are in?

Well, I managed to figure out the problem causing the confusion on my end.  I've changed it to add a photo to the Profile Photos instead of the  "All Photos" album and it works pretty good now. Although, I still wouldn't mind adding a label on the top of the page letting the user know what album they are modifying.
