I belong to Talent networking sites, where the number of pictures in a member's gallery or album is based on the membership level.

Free - 20 pics.

VIP - 100 pics.

How do I do this in Dolphin? Or 3rd Party Mods?

in dolphin, you dont. Membershps restrict uploads, not quantities. But there is a programmer here that knows how to do it and quicky. I will PM you.
