Photos Video Music not working

Hello, I just got Dolphin installed and I am very excited about the product. I am having a bit of difficulty getting the Video Music and Photos working. Once I create an account and login if I click on say photos I get the following error:

Not Found

The requested URL /~myname/tbl/photo/all/10/1 was not found on this server.

I get the same error for Music, Vidoe and Photos. I would really just like the photp part to work.

search mod_rewrite

first go to admin/settings/permalinks and uncheck all to make sure you do not have code errors

mod_rewrite must be compiled/enabled by host please ask them, send a copy of your .htaccess and say this is MUST for my site SEO!

Lastly just add:

RewriteBase / to a line in the .htaccess if he says ...hey dude it is on!
