Photo section doesn't show any photos at all

Hi Guys,

I just started a free online dating website and community and you can find it here--> http://mylifetimepartner.com/  A couple of my friends joined the community but for some reason, when "Photos" section is clicked in the navigation main menu, nothing shows up even though there are photos of my members in their respective profile. Please let me know what's wrong.

Thanks,
Sam

The photo section your refering to is for the photo gallery, and not for the profile photos, these are two different photo sections. Once a member logs in and clicks the Photo navigation button they will have in the drop down another link to "upload Photos" once they click to the agreement they can upload photos to what is a public photo gallery. These photos , not the profile photos your talking about can be seen by a member or guest by simply clicking the Photo link in the navigation.

Hi Linksys,

Thanks for the clarification! Obviously with no online user guide around for Dolphin, I'm really at lost. OK now I logged in as a member, where do I find that "Photo navigation button"? However, if you're refering to Photos in the main menu, I don't see that drop down link to upload photos. All I can see is if I to my profile photos then I can upload photos. Please help.

Thanks,
Sam

ps: Do you know if there's a pdf or online documentation on Dolphin UserGuide...or for the Admin section? Been searching for day, i still can't locate it.thanks!

Hi

Look at your Site Stats: 0 Photos

Photos here is Photo uploaded to Photo section

Upload photo here: Photos/Upload Photos

Profile Photos are Profile Photos

Upload photo here: my profile/Profile Photos

So:

One public Photo area for everyone and

One Profile Photo area only for you

If you miss some of the Upload links, go to Builders/Navigation Menu Builder and do they Active,

see my earlier post...

Hi Ok Web,

I checked my Admin>Buildres>Navigation Menu Builders and below "Photos" are boxes "Upload Photos","Profile Photo Gallery" and "All Photos". So there, the Upload Photos is there in my menu builder. And yes it is active, as Upload Photos is in the "Active items" table.

Any clues?thanks

Hi

Admin/Settings/Moderation Settings

Are Automatic photo activation after uploading unchecked, and if it's, go to

Admin/Content/Photos and chang status on uploaded photo from red to green!

Hi Ok web,

The Automatic Activation is checked. And when I go to Admin>Conetnt>Photos, I can only see

List of Photo files
There are no files

You know how I can upload pictures to it as it seems to me impossible*laughs* Thanks for your patience.

Hi OK web!

Yeah it works perfectly now! I realized after all these time that the profile I was using on was my actual admin username (same username I used to access my dolphin admin) so probably thats the reason why I don't see any "Upload" photo thing. The momeny I logged in as a regular user, then I can upload photos.

Thanks for all your help. You've been very helpful. Thanks again!
