Photo Uploads

when photos are uploaded the initial preview displays, but is accompanied by an Internal Server Error right below. After clicking submit the image is blank with only a border, same for albums. Any input as to why? (Note: this pertains to multi-uploader, when regular is selected nothing ever attaches).

You need to check web-server error log files for the particular error.

can you elaborate, I'm not familiar with how to do that

Go to Tools then click => Host Tools . See which error you have.

You might have error on : php module: fileinfo = fileinfo - fail

If this is the case then get in touch with your host provider and tell them :

To Use PHP Version 5.4.14 or higher and enable the fileinfo extension.
