Photo Upload Problems

Everytime anyone uploads a photo of any type or kind an old avatar image I was using appears directly in front of the uploaded image, no matter who uploads. I haven't allowed anyone to utilize the site until I can isolate this problem.

Suggestions please?

It sounds like you had the old avatar setup as a "watermark".

Go to administration -> settings -> watermark and see if there is anything there.
