Permission settings for "inc" ??

Permissions Reversal
Now, when Dolphin completed installation, you should change permissions for some files to keep your site secure. Please, change permissions as specified in the chart below. Helpful info about permissions is available here.
Directories Current Level Desired Level
inc Writable Non-writable
Files Current Level Desired Level

 

Last step in installation i got this.. i can not understand what to do... "755" or "644".. ??

allow_url_include is On (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)

This is a php setting. You need to set this to OFF in your php.ini file.
You can find this one if you on a VPS or dedicated server, on a shared hosting server you need to ask your hosting.
Sometimes you can try to set this in your root htacces file.

There are several treaths here who have describe this one.
