Permisions Reversal

i am realy stock here i set the permision for ech file but nat working when i click next nothing happen or when i click skip

the same warning messeges

allow_url_include is On (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)

and solve the problem.

Okay, allow url include On is located inside your .htaccess file.  As far as this warning goes, never seen it before myself so I'm not sure what is up with it.  Not even going to click the Dolphin Troubleshooter link you have here
