Go here: http://www.boonex.com/websites/licenses

Click on the domain and click the "Reset" button.  If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

Did you try in a different browser?

Edit: Also, does the license now say "unregistered"?

Then it's been reset.

If you're trying to add the new license from Advanced Settings, this isn't correct.  You need to remove the current license from there and then evacuate the administration area.  Only after all Dolphin-related cookies have been removed is it safe to return to the administration area, where you will be greeted with an option to enter a license.  Enter the license there and all should be well.

Your server must not be meeting dolphin requirements. For your site to register a license when your site prompts for you to enter one. Your server must be able to talk to the boonex servers. Your server is apparently not doing that.

Check in admin under tools, then host tools. Make sure everything there passes and allow_url_fopen is enabled.

If ok, then you will need to get your host to verify DNS lookups on your server are working and there is not firewall or other security software blocking outbound connections.

Hosts do upgrades from time to time. They have to. So they may have broken something. It's not unusual.

But did you follow procedures?

1) Remove the current license from admin settings.

2) Log out of your site.

3) Log back into your site via the back entrance. yoursite.com/administration

4) The back entrance should now prompt for a license. Enter it.

Thats the key. Getting dolphin to prompt for that license.
