People cannot join my site

Hi there, I recently installed dolphin version 6.0.0 from my hosting company onto URL http://www.minemediagroup.com/dolphin/ For some reason no-body can register. It just keeps throwing back an error. but there is not an error message. Please somebody help. I have tried everything I can think off and the tech people at the hosting company freezone.co.uk cannot fix it either.

you have to edit your profile fields in admin panel and make sure that all of the error messages are saying somehting

you have one blank one and have to find it

if i hit submit empty with agreee to terms checked I get this:

Error: Code from security images is incorrect
Error: Nickname must be unique and from 2 to 20 characters long.
Error: Your city is required.
Error: Your zip/postal code is required.
Error: You must enter your Tags
Error: Headline must be at least 2 characters long.
Error: <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<heres the blank one that must be found or deleted
Error: Description must be at least 20 characters long.
Error: E-mail address doesn't seem to be valid or E-mail confirmation failed or E-mail is used by another member.
Error: Password must be from 6 to 9 characters long.
