Since they could not get SOPA passed, they decided they did not need no stinking Congress.  Now if the FCC had been allowed to go ahead with their policy, this would be illegal for the ISP to do because the FCC policy was that ISP could not imped or deny packets; or words to that effect.  If this is allowed to stand, then things will start getting worst.  Perhaps an ISP company is for a particular candidate and when you try and visit the web page of the opponent to that candidate they will just sever up the web page of their candidate instead.  Maybe they are pro Fox News; want to visit a different news site, forget it, the ISP will make sure you only see Fox News.
