I am trying to get the payment module to work I have set up a paypal sandbox account and trying to buy a membership or store item but when i return from paypal it just show the item in cart like nothing happen. I suppose it should empty the cart and mark the item as processed but it doesn't do that. I used this url in IPN
http://www.mysite.com/m/payment/act_finalize_checkout/paypal/0
i think its correct but doesn't work. I tried other methods (direct, PDT) they show "No data received". Does this payment module even work?

I have not tested it. But i am pretty sure it does. I believe i saw some tutorials over at boonexnerd.net on how to set things up.

I tried a video from boonexnerd.net that showed how to setup sandbox but it worked in the video but same settings didn't worked for me :(
Did paypal updated its API or something like that. so much to do.... |
i've tried to test this feature as well with no luck. it keeps taking me to the main paypal site. ive deleted cookies, created new accounts. nothing works in test mode to complete the payment. it keeps going "live' even with the test selection. if there are any updates or new ways to test this please let me know. |

ok i got it to work for me finally!
the problem is you have to change the test mode on the main page of your site in your shoppong cart payment settings using your sanbox email. it wont work if you put in the admin panel under the payment settings. you also as the buyer have to do the same. go to your shopping cart and change your payment settings to the test with your sandbox email
