PayPal setup issues

Been trying to set up PayPal with my site, but regardless what I try I always get the same result:

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com.

After creating a preconfigured Paypal account sandbox account (https://developer.paypal.com), tried following PayPal Settings in Payment Administration module:

Active: checked
Mode: test
Business:                  paypal@mail.blah.org
Process type:            direct
Connection type:      SSL
Identity token:    
Sandbox:                    blahs_1293562468_biz@yahoo.com
Data return URL:      http://blah.info/m/payment/act_finalize_checkout/paypal/0


Tried various combinations of values for the following fields, again with the same result:
Mode:    test / live
Business:    paypal@mail.blah.org / blahs_1293562468_biz@yahoo.com
Sandbox:     blahs_1293562468_biz@yahoo.com / <blank>

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
