Paste image inside of html block

I want to put a banner image inside of an html block and then put the affiliate marketing link in the image url line when I click the link icon for the picture, Trouble is, I can't find a way to paste a picture in the html block?

in the default html block - there is an icon to add a pic - it looks like a tree

or, you can type out the html code.
