Passwords ALL CHANGED - Site is defunct

This is just insane!

As many members have posted, I too had this magical experience.

I install D7RC with no problems.  I migrated 1,400 members over and all of their data, and the site was able to run live for 2 days without problems.

Suddenly, this afternoon - all the passwords somehow got changed and nobody, including the Admin (me) can log in.

Using "forgot my password" sends me a new password, but it will not allow me to log in with that either.

This is a bug that needs immediate attention . . .  I can not imagine a site running live like this.

Sure, I can re-migrate all of the profiles but members will be PISSED that they have to redo all of their recent changes each time.

How do I (we) stop this from happening?

Why does it run fine for a few days and then suddenly POOF without warning, change all of the passwords?

MORE RANTING . .

I can't even explain how FRUSTRATING this is to have everyone, including the Admin suddenly locked out of the site. . .

All the work I did . .  . in the last 3 days . . is shot to hell.

RC (Release Candidate) means that the script is not yet ready to be used for a live site...
