When your changing your password it would be nice to have

Current password

Change Password

Confirm password

So if you or your user forgot to sign out of a Public computer someone can't change it without doing the real password

Naw.... anyone that doesn't log out of a public computer, deserves their password changed, or whatever other consequences befall them
