Password/username incorrect?!?!?!

Hi all,

Over night, something has happened. I am no longer able to log in to my boonex account. Incorrect username/password comes up.

Does anyone know where I can go to repair this/change my password? I'm concerned that I've been hacked...

Many thanks,

Alison

Go to phpmyadmin->dolphin database and delete all rows from sys_sessions table. See if it works

so much to do....

Hi,

My brain is fried after 6 weeks of constant effort, creating (or trying to create) this website. My knowledge is limited with regards to all this and I finally think that I've reached my limit.

I'm unable to find the sys_sessions file...

lol

This was almost the final straw. I finally managed to get hold of my hosting site, they restored my site to yesterday.

All I can figure out is that I had damaged some files, whilst trying to implement some (advised) changes. All I was trying to do was set up the website to be able to upload videos and a way to enable webcams in chat.

I guess it's back to the drawing board, after some major hiccups.

I'm way out of my depth, but hey-ho.

Thanks for your replies and offer of help.

Regards,

Alison

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
