Password reset

Hello everyone,

I've noticed this subject in the forum in regards of password reset and we need help, here are the solutions that we have tried already;

When I'm submitting my password to log into the site, the pages will just reload with out any message error and no signs of being logged in.

1) I've requested a new password but the site will just reload back to the current password page. We've noticed the log in pop up is not showing up any more.

All the admin registration to the site seems to be okay and we also tried registering with a new profile and this seems to work without any other issue.

2) I can't clear the sites cache since I can't log into the site.

3) We even did a rewrite of the script for logging and nothing worked their either.

4) Our host has used the Boonex master reset of admin and users profile and have created a new password but that still didn't work as if the admin is the only user blocked out of the site.

5) We're using as one of our security in place, the Incapsula website security and we thought this might be the issue but their Technical team have found no errors and is still looking in to it.

It seems a firewall is blocking the admin profile, we're not getting any error message from the site and neither from our servers. My Host and I have tried everything we could find in the forum but at the moment we are stuck and need some one from Boonex community, who may know this issue..

We give many thanks to you all for your suggestions and your concerns in advance on getting over Dolphin bugs;

Standing by for any response....

You would have to use myPhpadmin to access your admin profile, there you can change your email, you can assign a new password too but that is harder than just changing something like the email..If the password is to be changed, select "MD5" and enter the new password in the box and save/go.
