After all the strugle and requests to developer, the module is now finaly compatible and working properly with Dolphin ver.7.1.x. - almost. There is still one problem I've noticed. If module is positioned on the left, narrow part of the Account page the generation of arrows to browse to next page of inactive frends is OK, visible and it works while if positioned on the wider - centered part of the Account page it is not generated at all. It just shows a certain number of those friends but one can not browse for the rest of them since there is no arrows to click on it.... OK:
