This module is an improved version of our popular module Friendly Mailer
This is really good to add to your website, it comes with a bunch of improvements:
1 The Settings tab allows you to create (settings - creation) a mail list - a list of membership levels which will be able to send mass mail for free.
2 All other levels will have to pay to be able to send mass mail. Administrator sets up price in admin panel.
3 The module is added to Dolphin Builder so you are able to manage mail list page. Feel free to add blocks, ADS and other content.
4 The module is integrated with the Dolphin default payment system so your members will be referred to PayPal or 2CO depending on which system you are using.
5 The module's system allows to create discounts so site users will get discounts if they send mass mail to "N" amount of friends. (can be set up in admin panel).

I just bought your module, but can not make it free.
I have 3 levels of membership and I want 2 levels can send to your friends for free.
out even putting in the parameters 0 rate in, I'm back to the cart. What is really annoying

Same for me, just downloaded so I have the latest versions and it ignores the free list. Also, when you go to discounts, it does not load in the discounts you created, the fields remain blank.
Since you ignore the forums, I will send you an email pointing you to come here and answer these problems.

Also I'm perceive that I do not have this module in my shopping list and I can not post negative comments about it.
So module not work, I lost my money to a seller supposedly trustworthy.

In a future release, perhaps you would consider adding the ability to charge a set fee per email rather than per recipient. It would not involve much additional code; simply add an if and instead of multiplying times the number of recipients it just sets the cost based on the set fee. The only other thing I would add is that it should not choose all friends by default; a simple change to the template file; this is especially true if a member is using it for free, they could accidentally send out an email to all their friends by mistake. Other than what I mentioned, this is a very useful module, thanks for offering it. Geeks, making the world a better place |
