Paid for License, See No Key

Paid for license yesterday and see no key in my account. Emailed support, no reply. pm'ed support, no reply. Bought another license today via other browser, still same. How can I remove bottom links manually? As I need them to be removed asap.

They used to send an automated email with your license/licenses. I don't know if this is still the common practice. You might look in your junk or spam filter if you have one just in case. Some automated email goes in my junk folder and others strait to my in box like normal, but any way worth a quick peek. Otherwise patiently wait to here from them. I don't know if this would fall under a support department email or more of a sales or other department.

Got no mail though. Only the one from paypal

Worry not, it happened to me too, just message the team. and Im sure theyll be happy to help, like what they did to me.

To which mail you sent? I tried presales, sales, support, + unity all got no reply.

just a silly question here, are you looking in your unity account under licenses? clear your cache, you may be looking at stale data.

Hi, yes :) Also tried via other browser.

I did sent email but the one that got me fixed fast was through Pm,s I did pm the teams and 1 of them assisted me right away.
