Page was not found after installing Nanbargal Comm

After having this template installed by them now when i go to the http://mysite/user0001 it is blank and in admin panel  i get PAGE WAS NOT FOUND 

 

Now they uninstalled their module but problem still remains.

the 

If i have to reinstall dolphin it will set me back for alot.

 

for the guys responsible for dolphin, Maybe it is a good idea to make sure that modules that are being sold on the market are really ready to be sold instead of rushing it to the market just to make a buck or two.

 

I am very annoyed specially due the poor communication and almost non existing service!

i talked to them and it took some times but they finally delivered 

so far so good 

the main issue was that the template was not thoroughly tested for 7.2 i guess 

so i was the lucky ( on unlucky) user to be the first user buying it and installing it on 7.2 dolphin.

First of all, you posted in an archived forum ( Dolphin 7.0)  You guys need to pay attention to which forum you are selecting to post in.

 

Second of all, the template vendor lists a support forum on their own site, gives an email address, and even a phone number, yet you are posting a problem with this vendors product in a place they will never see.  Why?

 

Third of all, not many of us have the time or inclination to support a third parties product... that's the vendor's responsibility.  Typically, we may not even have the product, so we couldn't help even in the unlikely case that we wanted to.

the issue is not template related as for the attached image i think.

i would re-download the template zip file again and re-upload and follow the install instructions.

clear cache again and clear Browser history too. And place an ticket in the mod: support forum also and send email to them...
