Page not fully loading when member clicks on pictures

Ever see this before? Could this be a browser issue?

A few of my members complained last night..

Caching issue. Turn off all caching for now and manually clear the cache folders. If D7.0.4 then make sure you got all the caching options off in both admin->settings->advanced settings-Templates and admin->settings->advanced settings-other

Try again.

Then try caching options again one at a time.
