Page Builder Doesn't Work

Page builder doesn't allow me to use/move page blocks.  I have reviewed other forum topics and have tried their suggestion, which was unsuccessful.

I'm not a coder, but this was driving me batty, so I was up all nite playing with different settings. Finally figured it out... at least for my server environment/browser

Go to Advanced Settings > Templates and then uncheck all the cache boxes for the template. I went back to Page Builder, and voila.... the blocks show up.

The only problem is that now the cache is not enabled, but for the beta version it's acceptable since there won't be a lot of traffic coming into the site. Maybe some of the coders/template developers here can narrow in on this issue and figure out why the cache is disrupting the page builder.

Hope this works for some..... Cris

Any other additional information I could test/try out to fix this problem?  Thanks in advance

And what web browser are you using?

Most problems that i have encountered have been with google chrome which should not be used in the admin panel.

If your using google chrome, the i would suggest you switch to mozilla firefox for use in the dolphin admin.

may i inquire of a few things:

where are you hosted?

what browser are you having issues on?

and since this is an admin function, you will need to create an alternative admin account and let somebody look at it with you.

i would look at it, also, which version of Dolphin are you using?

deano, its true what they say, "Great minds thing alike"

that is what i know about the blocks builder and pages builder is that if you are using IE, or Opera i think it is, i have never had a problem with Chrome or FF, but you are correct, the best practice is to use FF.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
