Page Access Control: guests, action buttons

Settings in module Page Access Control do not work if a guest is looking at a page.

Say there is a membership level not having access to blogs.
They don't have the blog menu in their profile (working fine this far).
Guests however see a blog menu in the profile of members of this group.

Same premises.
Login as a member of said group.
Go to /blogs/home.
There are action buttons for adding a post and viewing my blog. User is not allowed to write blogs and has no blog entries.

Short: Membership levels in 'Profile View' should be for that member not the user viewing it.

This is about 'Top Menu Access' > 'Profile View' and action buttons.

Can you make this work with a 'Page Access' rule?

One more example:

  • membership levels -> standard actions -> disable 'send greetings'
  • login as kangaroo
  • hover over friend requests -> possum avatar
  • greeting action button is there
  • click it

-> greeting action button should not be there
