PHPBB3 to Dolphin 7 still a not an option?

I was researching Phpbb3 to Dolphin 7 intergration and apparently there were some serious problems as of a year ago. I was wondering if there has been any progress?

Also I stumbled upon this link here on the Boonex site. I was wondering if it really works as advertised and if it works for the latest version of Dolphin 7?

You can make PHPBB3 work in Dolphin for free, the only inconvenience is that users will need to create an account for the forum too.

Install it on a subfolder of Dolphin, then create a menu item which point to it or if you prefere to display it on your Dolphin main page, you could create a html block with an IFrame on it which point to the part of the forum you would like to be on display.

I did this myself, but when i realize that our community wasn't really into the "forum craze" i didn't install it again and i am now waiting for the new Dolphin to be released with it's amazing new timeline function, which should replace the need for a forum and offer a more dynamic way to communicate, for the lazy users Laughing
