A little advice..... Make a fully detailed design brief for any new modules you want built. Include full discriptions of front and admin ends, including diagrams and graphic mock ups of how things should work and look. You should considder lang keys and where they are needed and how you would use them too... as much info as you can provide a developer..... This is the onlty way to guarantee yhat you get what you want and not what they want to give you.

Never pay 100% up front....

Oh.... according to Boonex... get it all done under an agreement that states that you will own the code when the project is complete otherwise the developer you use will be able to re-sell what you have designed and paid for to as many people as they want.....
