OK, this was a very strange thing.. I started this site when the SVN was 17300 , and have been updating as tickets are fixed. I never replaced the ffmpeg.exe, I know the new version is 20MB I go to look at what I had, the older 7MB ffmpeg.exe, I replace and now the thumbnails are correct. FM.. Thanks for pointing me there.
