Outline not showing

Hi 

I installed the new dolphin and the outline doesn't show. Its sat there in admin panel but is not showing in the home page. Yes its enabled to members, yes it has a box, yes I have uploaded a picture and video and blog but its still not showing. I changed templates and its still not showing. I deleted caches also  

the time line also wasn't working, so i figured it was something to do with the database, so I reinstalled dolphin and it now works.
