Order Fulfillment

When you pay for a template, is the download link on the page supposed to work after checking out and paying or are you just at the mercy of the seller to get delivery of the product. I ordered and paid for a template over 24 hours ago and still haven't received anything. If I click the Download link on the page it simply tells me that "You don't have license for this extension. Click here to purchase it" and then adds the item back into the shopping cart "ad infintum".

Any help or advice on this would be much appreciated.

Normally you can download it right after purchase.

But there is also a link back to boonex that is at the end of the paypal checkout process that if not clicked will cause the transaction to not complete. Many people miss that button to return to boonex which is an important step to complete the market transaction.

But this also happens frequently anyway. It's quite common between US and overseas purchases and vice versa.

Just message the author with your paypal transaction id and let them know. Only the author can manually correct the incomplete transaction so the download link appears.

I did click on the return to boonex link as I figured it would be setup for instant gratification but the Download link was still giving out that error. I sent a copy of the paypal receipt to the seller yesterday, as yet, no response, I guess I am at their mercy then. :(
