Orca module (Forum) not working properly

When i am opening the forum page, getting

[L[Forums Index]] [L[Forums]] [L[Topics]] [L[Latest Post]] [L[Forums Spy]]

this type of heading.

Also when I try to post a new topic in my forum I get a box saying "loading post topic page"  with the javascript error message "Object expected" (In IE) that does not go away and locks up my page until I hit back in my browser  .

Also footer is not coming.

The magic_quotes_runtime directive is already set to off

I already try to compile the language file but getting the error message

"Language files compilation have been failed".

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

for forum: check the language permission it must writeble 666 or 777

"The magic_quotes_runtime directive is already set to off " have you also test this with ON  because not every server react the same.

I have really no idea at the moment. If both solutions for magic_quotes_runtime  OFF or ON not is working. Maby there is something wrong with loading the Tiny-MCE javascript.
