Orca installation?

Hi, I'm trying to install Orca in Dolphin, and when I go to Admin > Plugins > Orca Forum I get a Server Error, and I was wondering how do I install Orca if I get this error?

I setup Dolphin just fine with no problems, but Orca is turning out to be not so easy.

Is there an easy step-by-step tutorial?

that is odd, i would think there is something going on with your htaccess file. can you check in your orca directory and see if there is an htaccess file there?
