I've gone a long way towards getting Dolphin configured the way I want, one thing that continues to baffle me is how to lock down posting in Orca by membership level. I've got the "Promotion" membership level set up as the default for new users for 2 days. "use forum", "use Orca public forums", and "use Orca private forums" and all removed from that membership level.
When a new user signs up and has not yet confirmed their email address Orca works as expected... public forums are viewable, private are not, no posting allowed. As soon as they confirm their address, however, everything is opened up. Looking at the users in question, they do have the right membership level: "Promotion, expires: in 1 day(s)"
Any ideas?
