I have created a small community with your excellent Dolphin System.
The special characters (iso-8859-2) on the Main Dolphin site are working.
First Click on the Hungarian flag, to access the language feature.
Unfortunately, when I change to Forums, all the special characters are disappearing.

For example "Főoldal" will be "Foldal", or "Apróhírdetések" will be "Aprhrdetsek" on the Main Dolphin site.
But the strange is, that the Orca Forum supports the special characters.
Click my "Main Topic" and see "Mindent bele Fórum" with the special character "ó".
Please help. What shall I do?
