Right now when I try to post an emoticon in the topic, using the Emoticon button it doesnt show up
for example if I want to use the smiley with the tongue out, it will just say
Tongue Out
on the topic when its being viewed... any ideas for why this is? it gives a red X like the image isnt there but it is
