Orca No Sticky Option

I installed Dolphin and in my Orca there is no Sticky option it was there and then an hour later it was not....

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem.  I have looked through the forums for this answer, but most threads discussing stickies are referring to requests to make an individual thread sticky.

I have gone through the Dolphin configuration options screens, and found nothing on this topic.  I access Orca by starting in the Dolphin administrative panel, selecting the "Orca Forums" Plugin  and selecting "Manage Forums" from there.  The only thing I can do from there is edit, delete and reorder forum categories or create a new category.

Where do I find the enable stickies option?
