Orca Forum Formatting

This has probable been asked numerous times, but I wasn't sure what to even search for.

The problem I am having is the way Orca forum is formatted, as built into Dolphin 6.

Every title has  a bunch of [L[ and [[. Everything in the Search page has this as well. This is an annoyance and distraction for me and my users.

How can this be fixed?
