Only 1 video upload allowed

OK, as a new user of Dolphin I must admit I have been blown away by it's features and currently I'm a free user looking to gain a bit of ground then look to purchase the ad-free licenses.   However, I have an issue with video uploading which will make the difference between purchasing the licenses or not.   At the moment, I can only upload 1 video to Ray and no matter what I have tried nothing is making a difference to that fact.   I have spent the best part of a day on these forums reading similar and identical issues and have tried all possible solutions and nothing has worked.    The only solution is aparently one which someone is offering for sale which to me isn't what should be happening.   If there is a solution, Boonex should know about it and it should be released as a patch or an upgrade, not a mod for sale by a member.

I would very much like to keep Dolphin and progress our site(s) using Dolphin although if support are unable to nail this issue it makes me nervous of the fact that when our site(s) are popular and under stress then the support won't be there to reassure us.   If the issue of being able to upload only one video to the site is such a big problem that can't be fixed, I worry what other issues will crop up and can't/won't be fixed.    Dolphin is an exceptionally grand series of products yet without the support to nail issues such as this it becomes worthless and people will seek an alternative and find one leaving Dolphin in their droves!.

Please, can someone from support reply or at least look into this issue as you have many many users facing this problem which surely can be resolved with a little effort?.

Kind regards

Mark

I have the same problem. Can only upload 1 video. No problem with the size or anything, everything on my server works, ffmpeg with the correct permissions, file size, upload time and all that stuff is high enough....everything. I just have that issue with it, when I try to upload the second video the UNDEFINED error comes up after the upload is complete. I've spent all day looking for a solution and got nothing.

As marko said, if this can't be solved, I have no problem with paying, but I'll pay someone else
