I notice that when users sign in, including myself on my website they suddenly appear offline after 5 minutes? and no way of changing presence? This is same for me as admin aswell I appear offline after 5 minutes but can still post etc.
Is there a setting in admin panel to sort out online presence? or is it a glitch in the software that needs sorting? Because when people look up other people to add as friends you have an option of who is online, and no one is showing up when they are online?
Any information be much appreciated. Im using 7.2.1.
