Old Installation conflicting w new installation

I'm getting an error that says

however...  nothing should be pointing to /home/formband/public_html/ (this is the old location where I had everything installed - it should be pointing to:

/home/public_html/

and I'm not sure why - anyone have anyone any suggestions?

When you moved the site i am assuming you modified inc/header.inc.php to point to the new location. Both site URL and site path.

If so, when site is moved the contents of the folder cache, cache_public and tmp are not to be moved with the rest of the site. So i would recommend you clear out the contents of those 3 folders except for any .htaccess file they may contain.

Slightly different problem but I think when you get one fixed they will both be fixed:
