Offline user in presence

Maybe anybody knows, why when someone tries to send im in presence it is allways saying, that user is offline? |
reduce the online time in adbanced settings so users who logoff are not shown online..if set at 5mins then the user appears online for 5 more minutes<just an example I have video tutorials to help you mrpowless.com |
but we tried send im to that people, who are online. it's no metter is user online or not. the answer is the same every time, that user is online. |
