Number of photos on index page

Hello everybody,

where can I modifie the number of shown photos
on the index page?

The administration frontend does not support any modifications
of this container.

Which File defines the layout of this container and where can
I make the neccassary modification? 

What will I have to do to show only 3 photos instead of 6?

Settings => Basic Settings

Look below Index page settings

and change the number on this settings => How many gallery files show on index page in photos area:

Will change number on these blocks:

- Profile Photos

- Music Gallery
