Number of Members on the front page

Of course this is a newbie question. Where do I change the number of members displayed on the front page Member Block?

In D7, it's under Settings->Advanced Settings-> Index Page Settings

Not sure about 6.1

I can't find it on Dolphin 6.1. I thought I saw it some where but I can't seem to find it now.
