I am new here so may be i don;t know the reason but i wana know why boonex marketplace have some non working mod and templates.
i bought one template and one mod http://www.boonex.com/m/mediazone-premium-css3-template-2011-11-01 and same story (lots of story in dispute section for same person) .............not working

even no read me file how to change those homepage splash block.
derartmedia didn;t give any support. Only few answer. One is "that is working" and "that is fix ."
But actually that is not working lots of bug. And derartmedia is responding after 24 hour.
Your question : wait for 24 hour ... then answer ... i will check that within 1 hour ..............after 1 hour.............that is working fine .... your question no check here .......... wait for 24 hour ............ it is fix ...............no still there is problem check this ..... wait for 24 hour ........ lollolol
I am responding almost instant after their response. but need to 24 hour wait period and no fixes.
I wana open dispute but there is 5 day wait rule... hmmm. So i will wait 5 day and after 5 day waiting period i will open dispute. Not fair because time = $$$$
I saw lots of post with problem of derartmedia. (i never read that before otherwise i never bought their mods and templates). Why he is still selling mods on boonex marketplace. Moderator and admin aware about this issue but they are not taking action.. ........ strange.
I am sure that this will give negative impact to boonex.
Hope this will resolved soon not only for me but for all new person who will join, buy, install boonex because boonex is gud script. But they will leave boonex because they will pay for non working mods, templates and then no support and finally no action from moderators and admin.
PS : There is some gud mod creator in market and i am impress with their mod and support. Like modzz.
Again time = money so plz take action and give clean marketplace to new users.
