Nobody can make an account (i think)

When someone want to make an account on http://busimatch.com, the following is shown http://c2n.me/3s50xXb

I'm try to change security settings but can't find it.

Please help !

Go into the admin panel, then to tools, then to antispam tools. In there go to the settings.

Uncheck the Smart Antispam check. That should correct the issue your having.
