No window alert for online users ans greetings

Hello :

On my first try of dolphin 7.1, in one fresh install when a user sends a greeting to another, the user gets a window alert in right top corner with a message "user sent you a greeting". Same with friends when online.

Now, in my real site, updated from 7.0.6...7.0.7...etc to 7.1.0 there are no window alerts. What can be wrong?

When I say window alerts I want say notify window.

I founf the function declaration that makes the window for email notifications or member online respectively in BxBaseMailBox.php and BxDolMemberMenu.php but I don't know why the bubbles are not displaying.

Please, help!!
